Proposal to establish a trading market in Wuhan for energy saving and emissions reduction

 

Political advisors proposed on March 3 to set up a national-level trading market in Wuhan, capital of Hubei Province in Central China, for energy saving and emissions reduction. Given the importance of Central China in the country’s modernization drive and the city’s intensive heavy industries, to set up such a market in Wuhan would help the city and its vicinity to transform the traditional industries, and take a new road toward industrialization, save the resources and reduce emissions.
